Job summary

One NZ is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to transform how work gets done across the business. You will identify, design, and optimise future-state processes using a blend of human expertise, automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern workflow design.

You will champion process management frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach stakeholders, and help unlock value at scale. This role offers flexible hybrid work and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with process modelling and improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise, implement and realise benefits from process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital tools to simplify work and improve quality.
• Create and continuously improve standardised process assets.
• Analyse cross-functional processes and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and build alignment across teams and functions.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through training and coaching.
• Work autonomously to deliver assigned improvement initiatives and outcomes.
