We are seeking an experienced Senior Adviser Process and Performance to join our Strategic Planning and Performance team.
We have recently developed our new vision and strategy – seeking to position Pharmac as a more outward-focussed, collaborative, and transparent organisation that values and actively engages with patients, consumers, and stakeholders.
In this rewarding and challenging role, you will work closely with the Principal Adviser, newly developed Programme Delivery Office, and subject matter experts to help design fit-for-purpose business process and continuous improvement initiatives at Pharmac. You will be at the core of Pharmac's transformation and play a key role in influencing the design of new ways of working, with patients and consumers at the centre.
By helping to maintain our business process architecture, you will support how work flows from start to finish, helping to ensure that changes from programmes and projects fit together and work as a complete system.
The salary range for this position is $89,868 - $121,330. Most new starters are typically appointed up to the midpoint of the range, depending on the knowledge, skills and experience they bring to the role.
