THE WORK

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions on time and within budget. Your role is critical in bridging strategy with execution, ensuring that architectural designs are successfully implemented while leading and motivating cross-functional delivery teams.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven experience managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally with end-to-end lifecycle exposure.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, processes, and integration principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
• Ability to translate technical and architectural designs into practical delivery plans.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAP Activate, and other delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) preferred.
• Experience in leveraging emerging technologies and automation to enhance delivery outcomes is a plus.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Collaborate closely with the Senior SAP Solution Architect to ensure seamless transition from design to delivery. Lead and coordinate the delivery team, including SAP consultants, technical leads, and integration specialists. Partner with client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful solution adoption.
