Job summary

Accenture NZ is seeking a Senior Salesforce/nCino Consultant to engage with senior clients, lead workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and guide delivery teams through end-to-end implementation using best practices.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication, banking domain familiarity, and relevant certifications, with a focus on delivering high-value nCino solutions for clients in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Proven ability to map business requirements to functional design.
• Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, BA, delivery).
• Ability to translate requirements into clear functional solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Banking or financial services background highly regarded.
• Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle
• Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded
• Relevant Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred
