Job summary

Metlifecare is seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant in South Auckland to support Sales Executives across Longford Park, Edgewater, Parkside and Hillsborough Heights villages. You will provide efficient admin support, excellent customer service and marketing assistance, with occasional travel between villages and weekend flexibility for open days.

You will report to the Sales Operations Manager and help achieve sales, marketing and financial goals through accurate reporting, events, and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or similar role.
• Ability to work across multiple villages and travel.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Sales Reporting (Applications, Settlements, Monthly Forecasts).
• Handling In-bound Sales Enquiries and Village Tours.
• Managing Resident Transition Process (move ins).
• Assisting in Marketing Event Preparation.
• Weekly Marketing Plan and Competitive Activity Report Updates.
• Organise and attend events.
• Maintain the CRM system to update customer information.
• Completing Purchase Orders and other related activities for Payments.
• Order and maintain stock levels of marketing collateral.
• General sales and office administration required.
