Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Sales Administrative professional to join our Distribution Center in Auckland. You will support administration across Finance, Sales and Operations, reporting to the Operations Coordinator.

This role demands accuracy, speed, and clear communication to maintain smooth order processing. You will handle purchase orders, verify customer details, and keep records up to date, collaborating with Sales and Administrative teams to resolve queries and feed back to relevant

Qualifications

• Completed High School plus Professional Training degree.
• Further education would be an advantage.
• At least 2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
