Job summary

Cosentino in New Zealand is seeking a Sales Administrative to join our Distribution Center in East Tamaki. You will support administration across Finance, Sales and Operations and work closely with the Administrative team, reporting to the Operations Coordinator.

Ideal candidate has completed high school with professional training, at least 2 years in a similar role, and proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, Internet Explorer, and SAP or a CRM system.

Qualifications

• Background: Completed High School plus Professional Training degree.
• Further education would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
