Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to coordinate end-to-end sales activities in the Asia Pacific region. The role involves liaising with HODs, delivery teams, customers, procurement and finance to ensure smooth contract sign-offs and order processing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales support, with SAP experience considered a plus. Based in New Zealand, Otago, the position requires strong planning, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support.
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HODs, delivery teams, customers (Asia Pacific region), procurement and finance to perform the full sales process.
• Manage project progress in systems, including timelines, contract sign-off, order management, PO processing, billing and AR management.
• Carry out monthly forecast planning and annual business planning with high accuracy.
• Oversee contract management and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects.
• Develop and execute processes for routine analytical credit reviews and generate reports on sales and finance.
• Manage credit health in terms of payment terms, escalations and risks; provide regular updates to Group Leader.
• Facilitate issue clarification and prompt resolution.
• Assist and guide related parties including branch and subsidiary.
• Estimate yearly and monthly business planning and manage inventory.

• Carry out monthly forecast planning and annual business planning with high accuracy.




• Contract management and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects.




• Develop and execute processes for routine analytical credit reviews and generate various reports related to Sales and Finance in the company.




• Manage health of credit in terms of payment term, escalations and risks closely and provide regular status updates to Group Leader.




• Facilitate the clarification and resolution of issues accurately and promptly.




• Help and guide related parties involved including branch and subsidiary.




• Estimate yearly and monthly business planning and manage business inventory.

Requirements
