Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. is seeking an administrative professional to support the Sales and Leasing teams in day‑to‑day operations in New Zealand’s Otago region. The role involves processing sales documents, data entry, vehicle registrations, and preparing sales reports to assist managers.
The candidate will handle electronic and physical filing, participate in rotating admin duties, and undertake additional projects as needed to maintain smooth business continuity.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Leasing teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Process and maintain accurate sales documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform timely and accurate data entry into internal systems.
Register new and used cars and issue receipts.
Prepare and consolidate sales reports for Sales Managers.
Participate in bi-weekly COE bidding exercises, ensuring accurate submission of bids and documentation.
Maintain proper filing and record management, both electronically and physically, in accordance with company standards.
Participate in job rotation across administrative functions to develop broader operational knowledge and provide business continuity.
Undertake any other administrative duties or projects assigned.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Experience in vehicle sales administration, leasing administration or automotive documentation will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Comfortable working with internal business systems and handling large volumes of data with accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team player.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with vehicle registration processes and the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) system will be an added advantage.
