Job summary

Open Country Dairy Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Support and Capability Manager to lead the Sales Support function and strengthen systems, processes and capability for accurate, on-time order delivery in a fast-paced export environment.

You will lead a coaching-focused team, govern orders from quote to sales ready, and drive improvements in visibility, risk management and service quality while developing a structured capability and succession framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales support and capability development in export environments.
• Strong systems mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with NAV or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support team to deliver accurate, customer-focused outcomes.
• Oversee sales order governance from quote to sales ready with compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and visibility.
• Develop a structured capability and succession framework with milestones.
