Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow enterprise dairy and beef customers in the South Island. You will manage portfolios from rollout to full integration with Halter technology, building trust and delivering measurable value.

Based in New Zealand, you will travel up to 50% across the South Island, collaborate with product, support and sales teams, and lead executive engagements to drive growth and renewal conversations.

Responsibilities

• Embed in the success of Halter’s largest customers, ensuring full value realization from Halter investments.
• Build trusted relationships with farm teams, executives and operational staff to unlock new value.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Manager to tailor solutions and support renewal conversations.
• Develop account plans, drive territory expansion, and identify new revenue streams.
• Coordinate with product and support teams to relay feedback and align rollout strategies.
• Forecast revenue and contribute to planning with rigorous account performance tracking.
• Represent Halter in boardroom discussions and drive high-stakes growth initiatives.
