Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound enquiries via email, fax or phone.
• Prepare quotations and advise on lead times for deliveries.
• Familiarise with FS product ranges and coordinate with stakeholders on orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and differentiate cost mark-ups by category.
