We're looking for a Sales & Packaging Administrator to join our team and play a central role in ensuring customer orders, inventory management and packaging operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll work across our sales and packaging processes, helping ensure orders are accurately processed, and our customers and internal teams have what they need.
We are open to candidates from administration, customer service, sales support, logistics, inventory or purchasing backgrounds. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, we are equally interested in people who are motivated, organised and quick to learn.
What’s particularly important is that you’re a strong communicator, organised, confident dealing with people and able to take ownership of your work. You’ll be working across customers, suppliers and internal teams, so being proactive, professional and comfortable communicating with a range of people is key.
Other key skills to ensure success in this role will include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience across customer service, sales administration, inventory, purchasing and supply chain, while gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a growing produce business.
You’ll be joining a family-owned, locally established business where you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the wider team and make a real contribution to our operations.
This role will be worked across 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 7.30am - 4pm with some flexibility for an earlier start and finish.
