About the Role

Freshco’s Finance Team is seeking a highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused professional to join us as our Packaging & Post-Harvest Coordinator.

You will have a passion for data analysis, enjoy maintaining accurate inventory records, and thrive on ensuring stock levels are closely monitored and forecasted. Working with spreadsheets and inventory systems comes naturally to you.

The Packaging and Post Harvest Coordinator role reports to the Commercial Finance Manager, based in Hastings with an indirect line to the Auckland Sales Team. This role may require occasional travel to Auckland during the harvest and packing season.

You will be the person ensuring contracts are correctly maintained, resulting in accurate invoicing. You will have experience in reconciling invoices to match negotiated contracts.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate grower/3rd party data-control through snapPacking

• Monitor packaging and ensure stock levels are appropriate for forecast production needs

• Track and monitor daily and weekly production numbers

• Maintain accurate stock inventory records

• Coordinate weekly invoicing processes and reconciliation

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management

• Experience in snapPacking invoicing, preferred but not essential

• Good understanding of the pipfruit industry

• Confidence in production invoicing, validation and reconciliation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
