OnSide Support Coordination – Te Kauwhata, North Island is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to own the full sales journey for Goodfellows Te Kauwhata retirement village. You will guide prospective residents from first enquiry through to settlement and onboarding with empathy and care.

You will manage a proactive pipeline, deliver engaging on-site tours and events, and maintain accurate CRM data while collaborating with marketing and leadership to generate leads and ensure a high-quality resident

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in property, retirement living or trusted advisory sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence explaining financial models and contractual frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and CRM management experience.
  • A compassionate, resident-centred approach.
  • A full driver licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries, appointments, tours, follow-ups and settlements.
  • Guide residents through the Occupation Right Agreement process.
  • Deliver on-site tours, information sessions and events.
  • Maintain CRM data, reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns and lead generation.
  • Work with operations to ensure seamless resident onboarding.
  • Represent Goodfellows at community events and partnerships.

Goodfellows Te Kauwhata is a new lifestyle retirement village offering a unique and transparent financial model. They're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Agent to take ownership of the full sales journey and help future residents transition confidently into village life.

This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to guide people through one of life's most important decisions with empathy, professionalism and care.

About the Role:

You will manage the sales lifecycle end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to settlement and onboarding, delivering an exceptional, values-aligned experience at every stage.

You'll bring energy, commercial acumen and strong relationship skills, while confidently managing your own pipeline and KPIs in a proactive, autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries, appointments, tours, follow-ups and settlements
  • Guide prospective residents through the Occupation Right Agreement process
  • Deliver engaging on-site tours, information sessions and events
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns and lead generation
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless resident onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act and Code of Conduct
  • Represent Goodfellows at community events and local partnerships

About You:

You are a proactive "go-getter" who thrives in relationship-based and complex sales environments and takes pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You'll bring:
