Clarke Group in New Zealand is seeking a Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Auckland. You’ll drive the full sales journey from inquiry to securing the sale, delivering a polished, knowledgeable, and highly responsive customer experience.
You’ll engage with qualified leads, walk‑ins, open homes and events, building lasting client relationships while managing leads and follow‑ups in our CRM. Weekend work is required with flexible days.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing sales role where follow‑up, relationships and results matter.
You’ll connect with prospective buyers through a range of channels, including qualified leads generated directly into our CRM, walk‑in customers at our Sales Suite and show homes, open homes and project viewings, on‑site seminars and buyer events, and ongoing follow‑up with prospective purchasers.
You’ll take customers through the full sales journey from their first enquiry or visit through to securing the sale, providing a polished, knowledgeable and highly responsive experience along the way. Our Sales Suite is an important part of the customer experience, and this role will share responsibility for ensuring it is professionally manned and prospective buyers are welcomed, engaged and followed up.
Some weekend work is required, including staffing the Sales Suite, open homes, seminars and other sales activity, with flexibility around working days forming part of the role.
Key responsibilitiesConnect with prospective buyers through qualified leads, walk‑in customers, open homes, project viewings, on‑site seminars and buyer events
Take customers through the full sales journey from first enquiry or visit through to securing the sale
Provide a polished, knowledgeable and highly responsive customer experience
Share responsibility for professionally manning the Sales Suite and welcoming prospective buyers
Engage and follow up with prospective buyers
Build and nurture relationships with customers over time
Manage leads, conversations and follow‑ups systematically through the CRM
Staff the Sales Suite, open homes, seminars and other sales activity on weekends as required
About youProven sales success in residential real estate, property investment, new‑build sales or another high‑performance sales environment
Understanding of the New Zealand property market, or the motivation and ability to learn quickly and become an expert in our projects
Exceptional follow‑up discipline and understanding that consistent, intelligent follow‑up separates missed opportunities from sales
Drive and resilience to stay focused, maintain momentum and not lose enthusiasm when a deal takes time
Strong work ethic and prepared to be available when customers are, including regular weekend work
Relationship‑building skills to establish trust, understand customer needs and nurture relationships over time
Commercial confidence discussing property, pricing, investment considerations and purchasing decisions
Strong CRM discipline managing leads, conversations and follow‑ups systematically
Polished and confident, comfortable meeting people from all walks of life and making strong first impressions
Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, stay composed under pressure and close deals without compromising professionalism
