Job summary

Pukekohe Intermediate in Auckland seeks dynamic RTLB educators to join our team for 2027. This role targets teachers with leadership, initiative and strong organisation who can operate across a cluster of schools.

As an itinerant RTLB, you will influence practice, build teacher capability and contribute to positive change across 69 schools from Awhitu to Kaiaua, with two service teams. Strong literacy, numeracy support and neurodiverse learner expertise are valued.

We are seeking dynamic, highly organised and innovative educators to join our RTLB team in 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or trained RTLB who are eager to use their expertise to influence practice, build teacher capability and contribute to positive change across schools.

We are particularly interested in applicants who demonstrate strong professional leadership, initiative and exceptional time management.

Our team supports 69 schools across a large and diverse geographical area, from the Awhitu Peninsula, Waiuku, Onewhero and Kaiaua through Pukekohe and Papakura.

The cluster operates through two service teams, Papakura and Franklin, with RTLB primarily working within their allocated area while also contributing to cluster-wide projects and initiatives.
