Qualifications

Must be a NZ registered teacher with current curriculum knowledge.

Experience supporting learners with additional needs, including those with behaviour challenges.
Ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple schools in the cluster, with a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

Work across secondary (Years 7–15) and primary schools within the cluster.
Support learners with additional needs and provide strategies for inclusion.
Collaborate with kaiako to implement inclusive practices and curriculum delivery.
Flexibly contribute to school transformation and school‑wide capability across the cluster.
