Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Rostering Training Specialist to join the Northern Region. You will become a subject matter expert in Mahi ē Taea (UKG Pro WFM) and help teams maximise system capability and efficiency.

You will design and deliver training, provide frontline system support, triage queries, and build user capability while collaborating with payroll and project teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the workforce management system.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification and/or at least 3 years' experience in workforce systems, payroll, rostering, or a related field.
• Experience with award interpretation systems and workforce management processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a proficient level of technical expertise.
• Confident training users of a system.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to managers and employees using Mahi ē Taea (UKG Pro WFM).
• Build user capability, identify recurring issues, and support BAU system use.
• Respond to and triage system queries and contribute to system improvements.
• Deliver training sessions, materials, and guides; support pay-run checks.
