Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Workforce System Training & Adoption Specialist in Whanganui to lead training for Mahi ē Taea (UKG Pro WFM) adoption. You will prepare managers and staff, deliver diverse training formats, and support Go-Live and post go-live activities with a focus on accurate time entry and payroll alignment.

The role partners with operational leaders to build confidence across the organisation, create user guides, and ensure successful system adoption through

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching users, and building capability across diverse groups.
• Confident facilitating training for groups of varying sizes; explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with payroll, workforce management, rostering or related systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive adoption of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual and on-site training across Whanganui.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support and resolve user issues in real time.
• Develop user guides, FAQs and learning resources from feedback and questions.
• Collaborate with local champions and stakeholders to build capability long-term.
