Job summary

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) invites applications for a Manager Revenue and Refunds to lead the finance team responsible for the collection, reconciliation and refunding of revenue streams. You will ensure the integrity and efficiency of revenue systems, contributing to the financial health of one of New Zealand’s largest public sector organisations.

You will lead and coach a team of Finance Officers, oversee revenue processes, maintain internal controls and collaborate to drive system

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading financial processing teams in high-volume environments.
• Expertise in public sector accounting and revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative, improvement-focused mindset.
• Tertiary qualification (preferably postgraduate) in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Outcome-focused leadership.
