New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) seeks a senior leader to head the Transport Ticketing & Payments (TTP) business unit within the NTS Programme. You will shape operating models, advocate for PTAs and partners, and drive delivery across complex, multi‑agency initiatives.

You will manage a high‑performing, multi‑function team through design, development and implementation phases, ensuring KPIs and timelines are met while promoting transparent, accountable government practices.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a senior leader within government or public sector organisations.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑agency partnerships and delivering large-scale programmes.
• Proven ability to lead through change and establish operating models in a challenging environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse groups.
• Understanding of the Public Transport sector in Aotearoa and related regulatory frameworks.

• Lead the Transport Ticketing & Payments (TTP) business unit and guide its development across the NTS Programme lifecycle.
• Act as primary interface with PTAs and partners to establish and grow services in early delivery phases.
• Manage a multi‑function team through design, development and implementation, ensuring schedule and delivery targets are met.
• Provide leadership in a high‑pressure, regulated environment with accountability for KPIs and multi‑party relationships.
