YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to elevate CRM-driven workflows across SaaS environments. This remote contractor role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across multiple tools and teams.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, oversee billing and quoting tools, and help build scalable workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for successful adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and PM systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
