Role Overview

The opportunity is now available for a self‑motivated and driven individual to fill the position of Retail Supervisor with us at Hornby PAK’nSAVE. We have a team of amazingly dedicated individuals and a variety of exciting things happening at Hornby.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required:

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in the FMCG industry.
• Supervisor must either currently hold or be prepared to obtain a First Aid Certificate and a Liquor Manager’s Licence.
• Some SAP / inventory knowledge is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Reporting

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, Retail Co‑Manager and Duty Manager, the Retail Supervisor will assist with the day‑to‑day operation of the Retail departments in our bustling store.

Work Hours

The days and hours are Sunday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm for 42.5 hours per week. These hours are not negotiable and additional days may be required to cover absences.
