Reporting to our RegionalRetail Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of theretail store to achieve maximum profitability, growth and efficiency within allthe departmental aspects and procedures of the store.

This will see you takingaccountability for:

• Ensuring the store iseffectively managed and maintained at all times;
• Assisted by the FloorManager and Operation Manager to continually ensuring the store achievesand maintains high standards throughout
• Ensure customers arethe number one priority, receiving the high standard of service theydeserve; and
• Oversee departmentSupervisors to ensure they are performing their role as required,promoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environment.

We are looking for peoplewho have:

• Retail leadershipexperience;
• Sound experience inmanaging and mentoring staff;
• Strong organizationaland communication skills;
• A passion for customerservice excellence; and
