Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
• Respond to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assign staff to duties
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss and promote staff
• Resolve staff grievances
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
• Examine returned goods and decide on appropriate action
• Take inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
• Ensure goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
• Ensure safety and security procedures are enforced

We are a restaurant here in Christchurch, New Zealand, and we are looking forAssistant Manager to join our team! You must be skilled, hardworking, and have theability to workin high pressure environments.
We offer competitve pay, between $25 to $28.00 (depending on experience) and aminimum of 30 hours per week. This is a fulltime role; work is as per the roster, Mondayto Sunday.

Job Description:

• ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
• responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
