2coms Kaikoura is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Duty Manager to lead a hotel's restaurant and bar ahead of the busy summer season. You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional service for international guests.

The role requires at least 3 years in a senior restaurant or hospitality management position, strong English communication, and proven ability to manage alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a senior restaurant, bar or hospitality management role.
• High standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good spoken English and confident communication skills.
• Experience working with alcohol and managing a bar.
• Willing to relocate or live in Kaikōura and work independently.

About the role:

A restaurant attached to a hotel in Kaikōura is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their team ahead of the busy summer season.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident managing a restaurant and bar, leading a team, and providing excellent service to international guests.

Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
