Job summary

KiwiQuest in Te Anau is seeking a part-time tourism coordinator to support Milford Sound day tours. You will manage reservations, logistics and guest hosting, and assist with venue preparation.

Responsibilities include processing inquiries, creating manifests, liaising with suppliers, upselling tours, hosting guests, and assisting with food and beverage and venue cleaning. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, administration or customer experience.
