Job summary

RealNZ in Queenstown is seeking a Reservations Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English to deliver outstanding service for guests and trade partners. You’ll handle calls and emails, manage reservations, and drive sales while showcasing RealNZ hospitality in Aotearoa.

The role is permanent, full-time, based at our Queenstown office with 30 guaranteed hours per week. Knowledge of FareHarbor or Lightspeed is preferred, and you’ll join a team that values people, place and responsible tourism.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Minimum 12 months Reservations or Sales Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with wholesale and retail agents in the tourism industry
• Reservations or Sales software (e.g. FareHarbor, Lightspeed) experience

• Answer calls and emails to assist guests and trade partners with bookings.
• Manage reservations and bookings for guests and trade partners.

Are you fluent in Mandarin and English, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? RealNZ, a leading tourism company, is looking for a talented Reservations Specialist to join our team at our Queenstown office.

As Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a bonus!)
