RealNZ in Queenstown is seeking a Reservations Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English to deliver outstanding service for guests and trade partners. You’ll handle calls and emails, manage reservations, and drive sales while showcasing RealNZ hospitality in Aotearoa.
The role is permanent, full-time, based at our Queenstown office with 30 guaranteed hours per week. Knowledge of FareHarbor or Lightspeed is preferred, and you’ll join a team that values people, place and responsible tourism.
