Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to engage passengers.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, history and culture.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive passengers to designated locations, following traffic laws and safety protocols
• Provide informative commentary on local history, landmarks and points of interest
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular maintenance checks
• Respond to passenger inquiries and deliver high-quality customer service
• Address and resolve issues or concerns during journeys
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Safely drive passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Provide informative and engaging commentary on local history, landmarks, and points of interest
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks are performed
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the journey
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain passengers.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, including historical and cultural information.

• Excellent hourly rate $35 - $38 per hour.
