Responsibilities

• Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with service agents & suppliers; keep service database up-to-date.
• Update customers on repair status and ensure timely completion with excellent service.
• Assist with department admin duties including processing finance paperwork and reporting.
• Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor.
• Advise customers on stock arrivals and organise delivery as requested.
