Job summary

Harvey Norman in Manukau, Auckland is seeking a dedicated Administration professional to join our team on a full-time basis. You will manage banking, debtors, creditors and perform daily reconciliations while supporting store Proprietors and Managers.

You will balance floats before opening, process Goods Inwards Receipting, check finance contracts and complete end-of-month journals, contributing to smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience with invoicing, credits and account reconciliation.
• Experience in a claims environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking, debtors, creditor and bank analysis.
• Provide administration support to store Proprietors and Managers; assist Administration Manager with leading staff.
• Balance floats and complete credit card formalities before tills open.
• Ensure Goods Inwards Receipting are completed daily.
• Check customer finance contracts and liaise with Proprietors.
• Complete journals for end of month processing.
• Assist with stocktaking investigations.
