Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. This fully remote role offers training and ongoing support, with opportunities to grow within a travel-focused company.

You will handle inquiries, assist with itineraries, and provide clear information while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in customer service (travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred).
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Respond to travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requests.
Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
