Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This 100% work-from-home role involves assisting clients with travel questions, providing trip support, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service (travel/hospitality/call center) is preferred.
• Organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades
