You will respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, handle bookings and changes, provide destination information, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required)
