Intrepid Travel is seeking a Reservations Executive in Auckland, NZ to manage supplier reservations, bookings, and allocations. You will work with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to keep trips running smoothly, while providing essential admin support for a profitable reservations team.

The role is full-time, fixed-term until April 2027, based in Auckland with some days from home. Experience in tourism reservations and strong communication are key, and MS Office proficiency is required.

Formación

• Experience in reservations within the tourism industry.
• Knowledge of local and regional travel destinations.
• Familiarity with using reservations systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage own workload

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier reservations, customer bookings, and allocations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations teams to keep trips running smoothly.
• Provide administrative support to aid in the successful and profitable management of the reservations department.
