The ideal candidate has a consulting background, extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall methods, and a PMP or PRINCE2 certification. You will guide executive sponsors, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure benefits realization

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9 years of progressive project management experience with significant transformation programs.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop strategic project plans with scope, risk, and resources.
• Manage client relationships as trusted advisors.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure delivery meets outcomes.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor budgets and financial targets.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Capture lessons learned from post-project reviews.
• Promote best practices in project management and organizational change.
