This remote-first role manages teams and stakeholders from a distance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of major infrastructure projects with high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering background, PMP certification, and proven ability to lead complex programs in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated remote leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closing of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants remotely.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and contract administration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
