Placements24 is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager with a strong Operations focus to lead major initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and manage complex projects across the organization.

You will influence stakeholders at all levels, guide cross-functional teams, and optimize workflows in a distributed work environment, delivering measurable growth and improved performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with focus on operations or process improvement.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, supply chain or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management with remote teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key operational projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, resources and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial discipline.
• Oversee process improvements and technology implementations aligned with business strategy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in remote teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
