Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to guide transformation initiatives for remote clients. You will drive stakeholder buy-in, minimize resistance, and develop comprehensive change strategies leveraging ADKAR and Kotter frameworks.

The role emphasizes virtual engagement with distributed teams across regions including Queenstown and the Eastern Cape, delivering training, communications, and coaching to leaders and staff.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of change management consulting experience
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
• Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills in virtual settings

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs for change initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support and address concerns.
• Monitor and report on progress and effectiveness of change efforts.
• Identify and manage risks and resistance points in transformation processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Coach and mentor leaders and employees through periods of change.
