About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their team servicing the Queenstown region. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for clients, from initial consultation to successful placement. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and presenting high-quality candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The hybrid work model allows for a balance of collaborative office work and focused remote effort, offering flexibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various client requirements.
• Actively source candidates through diverse channels and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
