Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee high-value, international construction initiatives from concept through handover. This remote-first role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage dispersed teams and ensure consistency in delivery across markets.

You will drive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation while liaising with clients, consultants, and regulators worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 12 years progressive experience in construction project management including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple complex, international construction projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and issues with proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead and motivate distributed project teams in a remote work environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across sites.
• Conduct performance reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications using virtual tools.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators globally for successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
