Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Construction Planner to join our virtual project delivery team, contributing to large-scale international construction projects from a home office. You will develop, optimize, and manage schedules, resources, and logistics using Primavera P6 and MS Project, collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of planning and scheduling experience on major projects, a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, and

• Seven+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling on large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain master project schedules with WBS, CP, and milestones.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and site teams worldwide for accurate planning.
• Use Primavera P6 or MS Project to create, update, and analyze schedules.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Optimize resources (labor, equipment, materials) for project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and what-if analyses for leadership.
