Job summary

Placements24 is hiring a Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of international projects. You will plan, budget, schedule, execute and closeout projects from anywhere in the world, coordinating remote teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and communication, and experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or Procore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management with international projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of international construction projects remotely.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules; manage risks and changes.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and supplier management globally.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate with remote teams, stakeholders and clients across time zones.
• Provide regular progress reports and manage project finances.
