Placements24 seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee high-value, international construction initiatives from concept through handover. This remote-first role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage dispersed teams and ensure consistency in delivery across markets.

You will drive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation while liaising with clients, consultants, and regulators worldwide.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale international projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects across different sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, residential).
• Exceptional remote leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and drive performance virtually.
• Proficiency in various project management software and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong understanding of international construction standards, contract management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for project oversight (estimated 10-15%).
