Job summary

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental platform, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to drive APAC growth. This fully remote role covers the full lead lifecycle—from prospecting new accounts to qualifying inbound inquiries—and reviving dormant opportunities with targeted messaging.

You will collaborate with a global team, leverage HubSpot and sales tools, and bring a proven track record in B2B SaaS outbound sales.

Qualifications

B2B SaaS outbound sales experience; inbound exposure an advantage.
Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills; ability to build rapport over phone and email.
Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.
Highly motivated self-starter and team player who can juggle multiple lead streams.
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
Fluent English; a second language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prospect target accounts and decision-makers in the APAC market via cold calling, email, or social selling to generate qualified leads.
Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify to book meetings where there is a fit.
Revive previously interested leads and assess changes in timing, needs, budget, or stakeholders.
Use CRM notes and activity history to personalize outreach and avoid repetitive touchpoints.
Understand prospects' needs and clearly communicate Hostaway's value proposition.
Balance daily activity across outbound, inbound, and re-engagement pipelines.
