Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the APAC region. This fully remote role requires you to be based within Australia or New Zealand to collaborate with the team.

You will manage the full lead lifecycle, including prospecting, responding to inbound requests, and reviving dormant leads. You should have B2B SaaS outbound experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS outbound sales experience; inbound exposure is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers in APAC; prospect via cold calls, email, or social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and qualify to book meetings where there is a fit.
• Revive dormant leads by understanding changes in timing, needs, budget or stakeholders.
