Aufgaben

• Maintain and ensure CRM data integrity (Salesforce).
• Support sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Develop/refine sales processes and workflows for efficiency.
• Create and manage sales enablement materials and tools.
• Onboard new sales members; provide tool/process training.
• Monitor key sales metrics and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with marketing/finance on leads and revenue recognition.
• Identify improvements to the sales tech stack.
• Generate regular sales reports/dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
