Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized Operations Administrator for a fully remote role within a growing e-commerce platform. You will streamline workflows, manage databases, and coordinate across logistics, customer service, and sales from anywhere with reliable internet.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, onboarding remote staff, maintaining digital records, and monitoring performance indicators. You will use Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana to collaborate and keep operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in administrative or operations support, with remote work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines independently.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support management of daily operational workflows and processes.
• Manage and update operational databases and documentation remotely.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and presentations using digital tools.
