Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Retail Operations Specialist to streamline processes, analyze data, and support dispersed retail teams from anywhere within our remote region. You will drive operational excellence across dispersed teams, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this fully remote role, you’ll manage processes, monitor KPIs, and maintain SOPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using your strong communication skills to deliver results

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in remote settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine retail operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Support remote and on-site retail teams with operational queries, training, and issue resolution.
• Manage and maintain operational documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to operations, technology, and process improvement.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory, sales, and customer service, reporting on trends and anomalies.
